These programs offer both Canadian and international recognition to the standard unto which we build your new home, major renovation or commercial building. These programs require that we use a "Certified Third Party Auditor" who verifies that we have complied with their "green" standards, yet another check and balance for our clients. Read more»

OIKOcredit The All-tech Partners recognize we have a responsibility to help those less fortunate. We acknowledge the splendid work that the Fair Trade Federation does to help farmers, small business and artisans in the third world reap a fair dollar for their efforts. Utilizing their Canadian funding organization OIKOCredit, the Fair Trade Federation accumulates funding for small low interest or no-interest loans for struggling businesses in developing countries. For every project we complete we purchase an OIKOCredit bond to help this tremendous organization, allowing these people access to growth funding for their businesses. This world wide program has proven that these people develop a pride in their ability to improve themselves and help their families by earning a reasonable wage for their products. We call this our Trades for Fair Trade charity initiative.
